Architectural Review Committee
It’s time for all of those outside projects you have been thinking about! We just want to remind you that any changes to your house or property need to be approved by the ARC.
Your homeowners’ association documents include the architectural guidelines. and maintenance guidelines

Activities Committee
The Kingstream Community Council will be hosting our first Pumpkin Toss on Sunday, Nov 2, from 2-4 pm in the pool parking lot.
Everyone MUST RSVP to reserve pumpkins! Pumpkins will be $1 each.
Please, no pumpkins from neighbor's porches.
Events:
- distance-- 8 and under
- distance-- 9-13 year olds
- accuracy-- 9-13 year olds
- distance-- 14 and up(adults welcome!)
- accuracy-- 14 and up(adults welcome!)
Prizes for all 8 and unders, and prizes for the winners of each of the other events. Snacks and drinks will be provided.
Teen volunteers welcome, and can get service hours.
RSVPs mandatory, so we can get enough pumpkins.
